Seal Rocks

Apologies to one and all. I've let the blog slip a bit and haven't provided an update for more two weeks.

Ok, so what have I been up to? Well the other weekend six of us high-tailed it out of Sydney, to a place called Seal Rocks, for the long APEC weekend.
We had a great time up there and the place we were staying was awesome. A nice three bedroom house with a fantastic media room built into the basement. The TV was immense and perfect for watching episodes of 'Green Wing' and Underworld's 'Everything, Everything'.

H played chef for the weekend and cooked up am absolute storm in the kitchen. We even had 'Christmas in September'. Why? Because Aussies normally do Christmas in July, in the middle of Winter, when it's cooler, and we forgot to!

Will and I went boogie boarding as well on a local break. It was the first time I'd been out on a point break. It was pretty busy as it was the only break in the area with a decent wave, but we did well in the crowd. We also went snorkelling to an island with H, pissing off the local seagull population when we arrived.

The six of us had a very relaxing time, eating, drinking and playing scrabble and pictionary. I was on the losing team, and we have to host a BBQ for the winning team at Bronte Beach this coming Sunday.
Good times.

Actually my mate Rachel (in the pictures) likes to take B&W ones, so I thought I'd give it a bash.

I'm not as good as her though.

The weekend kind of reminded me of the infamous chav bay. Same, same, but also very, very different.
